4. Counter-notice
If content you provided was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing your name and contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, identification of the removed material and its prior location, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate judicial district).
5. Repeat infringers
Accounts found to be repeat infringers, or used primarily to access or distribute infringing content, will be suspended or terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.
