1. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with GTAIPTV, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase. This guarantee applies once per customer, on a customer's first subscription only.

2. How to request a refund

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details within the 7-day window. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

3. Renewals

The money-back guarantee applies to a customer's first purchase. Renewal payments for subsequent billing periods are non-refundable once the new period has started, unless required by local consumer protection law.

4. Exceptions

Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.
Refund requests made after the 7-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis.
