MAG boxes are dedicated IPTV set-top boxes, so there's no app to install — instead, the box connects directly to a portal URL using its built-in unique MAC address. Setup happens entirely in the box's on-screen settings menu.
Quick setup on MAG Box
Find your MAC address
On the MAG box home screen, go to Settings → System Settings to see the device's MAC address.
Send it to support
Share that MAC address with our team via WhatsApp or email so it can be linked to your subscription.
Enter the portal URL
In Settings → System Settings → Servers, enter the Portal URL provided in your welcome email.
Save and reboot
Save the settings and restart the box — your channel list will load on the next boot.

What MAG box models are supported?

I entered the portal URL but nothing loads — why?
Double-check the MAC address was sent to support for activation first — the portal won't recognize an unregistered box, and channels won't appear until it's linked.
