1. Step 1 of 7

   Open your login email

   After you order, we email your login details. Open that email on your phone and keep it close. You will copy from it.

   Install Downloader

   On the Firestick home screen, open Find (the magnifier) and search for Downloader. Pick the orange Downloader app and press Get or Download. It is free, from the Amazon Appstore.

   Stuck on this step?

   Downloader does not show up

   • Check the Firestick is online: Settings → Network.
   • Type the full name, Downloader, and pick the orange icon.
3. Step 3 of 7

   Let Downloader install apps

   Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options → Install unknown apps. Find Downloader and turn it ON.

   Stuck on this step?

   There is no “Developer options”

   • Go to Settings → My Fire TV → About.
   • Click your device name (for example “Fire TV Stick 4K”) 7 times in a row.
   • Go back one screen. Developer options is there now.
4. Step 4 of 7

   Install IBO Player Pro with code 4738580

   Open Downloader. If it asks for access, press Allow. Click the box at the top, type 4738580 and press Go. Wait for the download, press Install, then press Open.

   “App not installed”, or it stops half-way

   • Your Firestick is probably full.
   • Remove apps you do not use: Settings → Applications → Manage installed applications. Then type the code again.

   Write down the MAC address and Device Key

   Open IBO Player Pro. The first screen shows a MAC address and a Device Key. Write both down, or take a photo with your phone.

   • IBO Player Pro is free for 7 days, then about 10 USD once, for life. You pay the app maker, not us.

   Add your playlist on the IBO website

   On your phone or computer, open iboplayer.pro/manage-playlists (or iboproapp.com/manage-playlists, same account). Sign in with the MAC address and Device Key. Press Add playlist. Name it GTAIPTV.ca, paste your M3U link and press Save.

   Watch out: paste the long M3U link, not the username and password. This is the most common mistake.

   Stuck on this step?

   The IBO website does not open

   • Use the second address, iboproapp.com/manage-playlists. It is the same account, so the same MAC address and Device Key work there.

   “Invalid login” or “wrong username or password”

   • On the IBO website you paste the M3U link. You do not type a username.
   • The link must start with http://, not https://.
   • Copy every letter. Watch for a missing part or a space at the end.
   • Use your newest details. If you renewed or changed plan, check My Account.

   Still not working?

   • Send us the MAC address and Device Key on live chat or Telegram. We add the playlist for you.
7. Step 7 of 7

   Press Reload in the app

   Go back to the TV or device and press Reload in IBO Player Pro (or close and open the app). Your channels load in about a minute. That’s it.

   Stuck on this step?

   Channels buffer or freeze

   • Restart your internet router first. Unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. This fixes most cases.
   • Use 5 GHz Wi-Fi or a network cable, not 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
   • You need about 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K.
   • Update the app, then close it fully and open it again.

   The TV guide is empty

   • Copy the EPG link from My Account. Paste it in the app settings, in the EPG (TV guide) field.
   • Reload the app. The first time, the guide can take a few minutes.

   It stops when two people watch

   • One connection means one screen playing at a time. Two screens at once need two connections.
   • You can install the app on as many devices as you like. Only watching at the same time counts.

   Samsung: press Home, open Apps, use the magnifier and search IBO Player Pro, then Install. LG: press Home, open the LG Content Store (Apps), search IBO Player Pro, then Install.

   A MAG box needs the MAG box plan. When you order it, you give us the box’s MAC address. It is on the sticker under the box and starts with 00:1A:79.

   Open the portal settings

   On the MAG home screen open Settings, then System settings → Servers → Portals.

   My menu looks different

   • Menus change a little between MAG models. Look for Servers, then Portals.
   • Or send us a photo of the screen on live chat or Telegram.
3. Step 3 of 4

   Type your Portal URL

   In Portal 1 name type GTAIPTV. In Portal 1 URL type the Portal URL from your email or My Account, exactly.

   Watch out: it starts with http://, not https.

   Stuck on this step?

   “Authorization failed”, or a blank screen

   • Check the Portal URL letter by letter. It must start with http://, not https.
   • The box’s MAC address must be the one you gave us when you ordered the MAG box plan.
   • Then restart the box again.
4. Step 4 of 4

   Save and restart

   Press Save (or OK). Go back and restart the box: Settings → Reboot, or unplug it for 10 seconds. The channels load after the restart.
