Privacy Policy — GTAIPTV
Our privacy policy in plain terms: what a GTAIPTV subscription actually collects, what this static site does not collect, how long we keep it and your PIPEDA rights.
The short answer
GTAIPTV collects the email address you give for a trial or a purchase, the details needed to take payment, and whatever you write to support. The website itself is static — no login, no comments, no user database — and uses Google Analytics 4 for aggregate traffic. Nothing is sold or rented, and no real name, home address or date of birth is required.
On this page
Most privacy policies in this industry are copied from a template and describe data collection the site does not actually do. This one describes what is genuinely involved in running gtaiptv.ca and a GTAIPTV subscription — and marks with a placeholder anything not yet confirmed, rather than inventing a reassuring sentence.

The short version
We collect the email address you give us to request a trial or buy a plan, the details needed to process a payment, and whatever you write to us in support. The website itself is a static site — there is no user account system on it, no user-generated content, and no profile being built about you.
What the website collects
The site is served as static pages. It has no login, no comments and no user database.
- Server request logs. Like any website, the host records requests: IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent. This is standard infrastructure logging, used for security and to keep the site up. These logs are kept for up to 120 days and then deleted.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see aggregate traffic — which pages are read, roughly how visitors arrive, and general device/location categories. It does not tell us who you are individually, and we do not connect it to your email, WhatsApp number or order history. See Google's privacy policy for how it handles the data it collects on our behalf.
- Cookies. Google Analytics 4 sets its own cookies (
_ga,_ga_*) to distinguish visitor sessions. The site does not set advertising or retargeting cookies.
If you only read pages here and never contact us, that is the entire extent of it.
What you give us on purpose
- Free trial requests. An email address, so we can send credentials. Trials are capped at ten per day, so we also record the request time to enforce that cap.
- Purchases. The details required to take payment and issue your subscription. Payment is processed by PayPal, our credit-card processor, or our cryptocurrency payment processor, depending on which method you choose — GTAIPTV does not see or store your card number, PayPal password or wallet keys.
- Support conversations. Whatever you send by WhatsApp or email, plus the contact handle you used. There is no live chat, so no third-party chat provider is ever involved.
What the service side involves
Running a streaming service means our servers see the connections that authenticate against your credentials — IP address, times, and the streams requested. This is how simultaneous-connection limits are enforced and how credential sharing at scale is detected. There is no way to run a connection-tiered service without it, and any provider claiming otherwise is not describing reality.
We do not build a viewing profile for advertising, and we do not sell it. Servers are located in Canada and the northern United States.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not run advertising trackers or retargeting pixels on this site. We do not require your real name, home address or date of birth to supply a subscription.
Who else handles your data
Any provider running a service uses third parties. Ours are our web host, our payment processors (PayPal, our card processor and our cryptocurrency processor), and Google Analytics for site traffic. Support runs directly through WhatsApp and email, so no separate chat vendor is involved. Beyond that short list, we do not use any other third-party processor.
Where a processor is outside Canada, the information handled by them may be subject to the laws of that country, including lawful access requests.
How long we keep things
Support conversations, order records, server request logs and trial request records are kept for up to 120 days, then deleted, except where a subscription is still active or a longer period is required for accounting and dispute handling.
Your rights
Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) gives you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, and to withdraw consent. Quebec residents have additional rights under Law 25. Ask through the contact page or at pending-support@example.invalid and we will respond.
Deleting your account data ends the subscription it belongs to — the credentials cannot exist without the record.
Children
The service is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. The channel line-up carries no adult content, but parental supervision is still yours to apply.

Key takeaways
6 points- A provider that claims it logs nothing on a connection-tiered service is not describing reality; enforcing simultaneous-stream limits requires exactly that data.
- Under PIPEDA you can ask what is held, correct it, or withdraw consent; Quebec residents have further rights under Law 25.
- Deleting your account data ends the subscription attached to it — the credentials cannot exist without the record.
- Where a processor sits outside Canada, the data it handles may be subject to that country's laws, including lawful access requests.
- Support runs through WhatsApp and email, not live chat — no third-party chat provider ever sees your messages.
- Records are kept for up to 120 days and then deleted, except where a subscription or an accounting obligation requires keeping them longer.
