The terms of service for a GTAIPTV subscription: what we supply, what your connection tier covers, billing, acceptable use, suspension and how to reach us.

The short answer

These terms set out what a GTAIPTV subscription is: credentials and an EPG link, not a player app and not your internet connection. Plans run 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, paid up front, in tiers of 1 to 5 simultaneous connections, with a 7-day money-back guarantee and liability capped at what you paid for the current term.

These terms apply to your use of gtaiptv.ca and to any subscription you buy from us. They are written to be read, not to be survived. Where something is genuinely a limit on what we can promise, it says so plainly rather than hiding in a long sentence.

By buying a subscription or using the site, you agree to what follows. If you do not, do not subscribe.

What we supply, and what we do not

We supply an IPTV subscription: credentials (an Xtream Codes login or an M3U playlist link), a separate EPG link, and access to the channel line-up associated with your plan.

We do not supply a player application. You choose your own — IBO Player, Hot Player, TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro or another. We give tutorials and support for the major ones, but those apps are made by third parties, governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their behaviour, pricing or availability.

We also do not supply your internet connection, your device, or the content itself, which originates upstream of us.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract where you live. Subscriptions are for personal, household use. Rebroadcasting, public display in a commercial venue, or resale is not permitted under a standard plan.

Connections and fair use

Plans are sold in tiers of 1 to 5 simultaneous connections. One connection means one device streaming at a time. You may install your player on as many devices as you like; only the number of streams in your tier may run at once.

Sharing your credentials outside your household is not permitted. Where usage indicates credentials are circulating publicly — many streams from unrelated networks and regions at once — we may reset the credentials or suspend the account.

Payment, term and renewal

Prices are in Canadian dollars and are shown in full on the plans page. Subscriptions are sold as fixed terms of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, paid up front.

Refunds are governed by our 7-day money-back guarantee, which forms part of these terms. The free trial is 24 hours, limited to ten requests per day, and carries no payment obligation.

Payment is accepted by PayPal, major credit cards, and cryptocurrency. Card and PayPal details are handled entirely by the payment processor and are never stored by GTAIPTV.

What we can and cannot promise about availability

We aim for continuous service, and we do not promise it. IPTV depends on upstream sources, transit networks, your internet provider and your hardware, and any of those can fail independently of us. Maintenance, source-side changes and channel line-up changes happen.

Where an outage is on our side and material, tell support — that is what the guarantee exists for. Where the cause is your own network or device, our buffering and troubleshooting guides will usually find it faster than a ticket will.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to redistribute, rebroadcast, record for distribution, resell, reverse-engineer or circumvent any part of the service, and do not use it to break Canadian law. Do not attack, scrape or overload our infrastructure.

Suspension and ending your subscription

We may suspend or terminate an account for credential sharing at scale, chargeback abuse, attempted resale, or conduct that endangers the service for others. Where a suspension is our error, we correct it and extend the term.

You can stop at any time by not renewing. Within the first seven days, the money-back guarantee applies.

Liability, in proportion

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect losses — missed broadcasts, a device you bought for the purpose, or third-party app charges.

Changes to these terms

We can update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continued use after a change means acceptance. We will not apply a change retroactively to a term you have already paid for.

Which law applies

These terms do not designate an exclusive court or forum for disputes, and they do not require arbitration. A dispute is heard by whichever court has jurisdiction over it under applicable law. Your statutory consumer rights under applicable Canadian provincial law are not affected by anything in this document.
